🔨 Every Bid & Listing is 100% Binding: Placing a bid or opening an auction is a binding commercial contract. Retracting a bid or refusing to sell to the winning bidder results in an automatic `-1 iTrader` and 30-day Marketplace ban.

⏱️ Mandatory Auction Parameters in Post #1: Every auction MUST clearly state: (1) Starting Bid (e.g. $1), (2) Minimum Bid Increment (e.g. +$2 or +$5), (3) End Time (e.g. 24h/48h after last bid or exact UTC timestamp), and (4) Buy-It-Now (BIN) price.

🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SHILL BIDDING: Using secondary accounts or asking friends to artificially bid up your own auction results in immediate permanent termination of all linked accounts.

💳 24-Hour Post-Auction Settlement SLA: Both winner and seller must initiate settlement or Escrow within 24 hours of auction end.
