To protect both our members (buyers, sellers, engineers, and webmasters) and the Syndipath platform from fraud, malware, copyright abuse, and low-quality spam, every thread and reply posted in this board must strictly comply with the following rules. • 🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SHILL BIDDING: Using secondary accounts or asking friends to artificially bid up your own auction results in immediate permanent termination of all linked accounts.
• 💳 24-Hour Post-Auction Settlement SLA: Both winner and seller must initiate settlement or Escrow within 24 hours of auction end.

📋 II. Section Scope, Proof & Technical Verification Standards

Authorized Scope: Fast-paced $1 start no-reserve domain auctions, 24-hour quick-flip website auctions, liquid 3L/4L domain auctions, and bulk portfolio clearance auctions.

• Verification Rule #1: Unless an explicit Reserve Price is declared in Post #1 before the first bid is placed, all auctions in this board are strictly No-Reserve—the asset MUST be sold to the highest valid bidder even if it ends at $1.
• Verification Rule #2: Sellers may lower the BIN price during an active auction, but may never raise the Starting Bid, Increment, or BIN once a single bid has been placed.
• Verification Rule #3: Bids must be posted publicly inside the thread / Live Auction Terminal—'private PM bids' do not count unless the buyer claims the full public BIN.
• Mandatory Sub-Forum & Title Clarity: Select the exact matching Sub-Forum tag when creating your thread and write a clear, specific title (vague clickbait titles like "LOOK HERE FAST!!" or "URGENT HELP" are edited or removed).
• Thread Bumping Policy: Use the official ⬆️ Bump Thread button according to your daily member quota (Standard: 1/24h, VIP/Pro: 4/day, or Sponsored Pin). Replying "bump / up / still available" repeatedly to your own thread is prohibited.

🛡️ III. Member Financial & Technical Protection Protocol

• Anti-Sniping Protection: Any valid bid placed in the final 15 minutes of a fixed-time auction automatically extends the auction end time by 15 minutes so all bidders have a fair chance.
• Winners can lock their winning bid amount directly into `/escrow` immediately after the countdown hits `00:00:00`.
• Anti-Impersonation & On-Site Verification Rule: Scammers frequently create fake Telegram/Discord accounts mimicking trusted forum members. Always require an On-Site Private Message (`/messages`) or On-Site Live Chat confirmation before sending a single dollar. Trades conducted purely off-site without on-site verification are at your own risk.
• Mandatory On-Chain Escrow Vault (`/escrow`): Whenever buying or selling domains, websites, source code, accounts, or development services, use the Official On-Chain Escrow Vault. Refusing to accept official forum Escrow when requested by a buyer is grounds for immediate thread suspension.
