📋 II. Section Scope, Proof & Technical Verification Standards

Authorized Scope: Buying and selling established, revenue-generating content websites (AdSense/Mediavine/Affiliate), profitable SaaS web applications, directories, and active e-commerce stores.

• Verification Rule #1: Every sales thread must include the following structured data in Post #1: (1) Niche & Monetization Model, (2) Domain Age & Registrar, (3) Last 6 Months Monthly Uniques & Pageviews (GSC/GA4), (4) Last 6 Months Gross & Net Revenue (Stripe/AdSense/Affiliate), (5) Monthly Operating Expenses, (6) Included Assets (Domain, Database, Socials, AdSense account if transferable), and (7) Asking Price or BIN.
• Verification Rule #2: For listings priced at $500+, sellers must provide live read-only GA4/GSC viewer access or a continuous screen-recording refreshing the dashboard and live clock to serious Escrow-funded buyers.
