• ⏱️ Free Trial / Test Port & Uptime Warranty: Specify rotation interval (API link / auto-timer), bandwidth limits (Unlimited vs Per-GB), and 24/7 port replacement SLA.

📋 II. Section Scope, Proof & Technical Verification Standards

Authorized Scope: Dedicated 4G/5G physical mobile proxy ports, rotating residential proxy bandwidth, static ISP (dual-homed) IPs, clean datacenter IPv4/IPv6 subnets, and WireGuard/SOCKS5 anti-detect endpoints.

• Verification Rule #1: Post #1 must list: (1) Supported Protocols (`HTTP/HTTPS`, `SOCKS5`, `WireGuard/OpenVPN`, `UDP/QUIC`), (2) Carrier & Country/City locations, (3) Speed cap (e.g., 25–100 Mbps), (4) IP Pool Size per modem/subnet, and (5) Pricing per Day/Week/Month or per GB.

• If a dedicated 4G/5G modem port goes offline for more than 4 hours without an instant swap to a working backup modem, the buyer is entitled to pro-rata extension or Escrow refund.
• Never resell a single customer's 'Dedicated Private 4G Port' to multiple concurrent buyers.
• Anti-Impersonation & On-Site Verification Rule: Scammers frequently create fake Telegram/Discord accounts mimicking trusted forum members. Always require an On-Site Private Message (`/messages`) or On-Site Live Chat confirmation before sending a single dollar. Trades conducted purely off-site without on-site verification are at your own risk.

• 4. Zero Doxxing, Blackmail & Defamation: Never publish another member's private personal information, client domains (site outing), or unverified extortion accusations.
