📋 II. Section Scope, Proof & Technical Verification Standards

Authorized Scope: Published iOS & Android apps with active downloads/revenue, Flutter/React Native/Swift/Kotlin turnkey source templates, Unity/Unreal mobile games, and verified developer console transfers.

• Verification Rule #1: Published app threads must disclose: (1) Total Downloads & Active Installs, (2) Last 6 Months AdMob / IAP Revenue & UA Ad Spend, (3) Crash-free rate & Play Console Policy Status (0 active policy warnings), and (4) Whether transfer is an Official App Transfer to the buyer's console or full Console + OGE handover.

• Buyer Protection: When acquiring a Google Play Console, buyers must connect exclusively from a clean, dedicated residential IP + isolated anti-detect browser profile to prevent Google 'Associated Developer Account' termination.
• Escrow holds funds until the app transfer is accepted in Play Console / App Store Connect and all repository assets are delivered.

• 4. Zero Doxxing, Blackmail & Defamation: Never publish another member's private personal information, client domains (site outing), or unverified extortion accusations.
